Role

At Unifast Media, the Sales Operations team serves as the nucleus for excellence and is responsible for managing commercial partner-side integrations. We collaborate with FAST Channels and buyers to monetize FAST advertising space. The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in onboarding Unifast Media’s Partners, providing support to our Sales Client Services and FAST Channel dev manager, and working closely to yield integrations and devise strategies to boost performance.

Your daily responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including communicating with clients to initiate integrations and troubleshoot technical issues, onboarding inventory, making critical decisions about the most effective FAST Channel setups, suggesting consultative solutions, requesting designs for the creation of native ad placements, generating reports, and analyzing data to ensure successful integration launches. Moreover, you’ll be instrumental in driving demand for Unifast Media’s FAST and video advertising formats and offering support to Sales Client Services through an internal ticketing system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on integration best practices.
  • Take ownership of the integration process for both new and existing Partners, ensuring a consistent track record of success and the adoption of best practices.
  • Onboard inventory and activate them for Unifast Media’s diverse advertising formats, leveraging our internal tools.
  • Efficiently manage your workload within the Salesforce CRM system, utilizing Salesforce Cases.
  • Oversee and guarantee the success of integrations, including performance monitoring, launching new accounts, suggesting optimizations, and setting up reports.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate them to senior team members and engineering when necessary.
  • Collaborate with our Yield Team and clients to initiate experiments that advance monetization strategies and techniques.
  • Utilize your knowledge of HTML and CSS to resolve any rendering issues.
  • Assist the Sales Development team by offering integration advice to FAST Partners during the pre-sales process.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Ad Trafficking, with a deep understanding of Adservers, Google Ad Manager and Wurl Tag technologies.
  • A background in working for or with digital publishers, demonstrating familiarity with the industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Unwavering and demonstrable work ethic, showing commitment and dedication in your professional responsibilities.
  • Adept at both independent work and collaborative efforts, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  • Strong administrative skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks.
  • Self-driven and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic start-up environment.

Additional & Desirable skills:

Experience of managing cases within Salesforce or other CRM

Experience with HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, testing and debugging, Jira, Slack

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees are also to be considered.

Experience Requirement

Minimum 3 years of working experience for a publisher/ad tech company.
